Money was debited from my Ola Money but the merchant transaction failed/dropped. What do I do? No worries. The merchant has to initiate the refund, Ola will support the merchant with all data required. This usually takes 3-5 days. Also, write to [email protected] to get the contact details and transaction details of the merchant.
