Date: 17 May 2014 15:13I am talking about filing a case against them not pleading them. If no of cases increases then we can win easily. One can demand a compensation also. Whether mistake or not it is for sure that one committing mistake should pay for it. I am filing a complain and is sure of winning even it takes 1 month. Will request you all guys to send them legal notice as they knew that they cant win and see the effect.

Date: 17 May 2014 11:25Dear ifs user You can file a complain in consumer court (as i am doing). They can also be charged under IPC420 for cheating as well as a complain under cyber crime if i am not wrong. It was not price mistake,Its only to increase their popularity. For filing a consumer complain you can search ifs (thanks for it) which will give you all info.

At last they simply cancel the orders.
