Date: 31 Dec 2013 14:40Hi all, I will not suggest to buy any product from shop clues....my experience since last 6months was very very bad....they sent me faulty music system which is lying with me still with no solution and shop clues not helping me at all....I also bought 2 car pressure pump which was faulty and still lying with me. Also once I bought a hand wash towel but they sent me other product.....now i am fed up with shopclues.com.i will not supposed to buy anything from shopclues.com because my experience was very very bad with this shopclues.com.

In description they show premium product but they are sending 3rd class not even road side type product. Total waste of money if you purchase any unbranded product from shopclues. I used almost all shopping sites in last 6 months for online shopping(purchased 96 items). But all 5 experience with shopclues were worst. Their customer care is also not responding on time. On 5-6 reminder they mail once. They are not ready to replace or return product. ( but replacement mentioned in the product description) Do not purchase any thing from Shopclues. It is waste of time and money.
