I purchased a alarm table clock from askmebazaar, but ever after 15 days those idiots have not delivered my product and when i called the customercare, they dont have a litle idea about the whereabout my product, instead they are saying it might have been delivered to you. Even their packaging is one of the worst. One of my friend ordered a clock but after 20 days he received a chineese made cheap night lamp. These guys know nothing about e commerce and customer satisfaction.

I ordered a Reebok bag worth Rs. 299 on 12.12.2014 from www.askmebazaar.com. I received a confirmation email saying my order will be delivered in 8-10 working days, but I did not received anything. I called up the customer service repeatedly and every time I have been told that they will arrange a call back to help me with my order, but did not receive any call. On 10.01.2015, I received a call from their Delhi office and was told that my order has been shipped through Delivery (Shipping company) & the courier tracking id is 132111202935. On 14.01.2015, I received another message saying my order has been cancelled. The courier id provided was fake and did not work when I used it to track my order. I have also checked their facebook page and found many issues similar to mine.

I made online payment. and after 10 days received my courier today from delhivery. its in perfect condition. and I was surprised that its really happening this site delivered product and on tym too.. first time experience with this site and its good. can't say about other people comments. but ifs and ask me bazaar rocks for me!!

Hi All, Summary of the story: I wanted to gift someone for Christmas and found some product in askmebazaar.com. Ordered the product online on 12th December and paid online. I was hoping that there is still enough days for Christmas and delivery will happen before that. Waiting started. No calls. No confirmations. Called 2 - 3 times and finally on 22nd December(After 10 days), they said the product is dispatched and will be receiving in 5 working days. I thought I can at least gift for new year!. Waiting continues. called 2 - 3 times and every time same response. Finally lost patient and asked them to cancel and refund money back. Every time they say the complaint is registered and I would get a call in 24 hours. Never happened. Their customer care number is not toll free and if I calculate my phone charges would exceed the product amount. Conclusion:- I am still waiting for their 24 hours to get over(for last 15 days!) and completely dissatisfied. My advice would be, even if you order from them, make it as cash on delivery. They behave as if "I have got your money, now let us see how you get it back.". Tired of this. Friends, be careful.
