FASTag is a reusable RFID for cashless payment at toll plazas. The steps for activation and usage is as follows: 1. KYC completion is required before the activation of FASTag. 2. After the delivery of FASTag, the customer will get a call and an email from the brand-authorized representative for the collection of KYC documents. 3. The documents that are required for KYC are as follows: 1) Flipkart Order ID [present in order confirmation SMS and email; also in My Orders tab on the Flipkart app/website]. 2) Vehicle RC Copy (front and back). 3) FASTag Code [a 16-digit numeric code is found below the bar code inside the FASTag sticker]. 4) One Identify Proof (Govt Approved) document (copy of your driving license, PAN, Aadhar card, voter’s ID, or passport). 4. KYC documents can also be submitted to https://www.yooshopper.com/fastag or be mailed to [email protected] 5. FASTag will be activated within 24 hours of submission of your KYC documents (business hours: MON-SAT 10:00 am to 6:00 pm) 6. Once the activation is completed, the customer will receive an Activation Completion mail on the registered email ID. You can register and sign-in to your Fastag Wallet Account through https://etc.axisbank.co.in/ETC/Login/Register 7. Stick the FASTag on the top-middle portion of your car’s windshield, below the rear-view mirror.
