- Offer valid for all users,five times per user, per month, once per day in offer duration
- From 00:00 hrs. 16th March, 2019 to 23:59 hrs. 30th April, 2019
- This offer can be availed once per user, per day, per device during offer period.

- In the Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited outlets
- Pick the “PhonePe” option for billing
- You will get a request on the PhonePe app(POS / Collect Call)
- Or Scan the QR code option avaliable at the merchant store(QR Code)
- On a successful transaction at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited you get the scratch card
- In the PhonePe app, click on View all Rewards section
- Find the unscratched cards and swipe to redeem the rewards
- Once redeemed scratch card cashback will be credited within 24 hours

Means can I pay with my phone pe to pump dealer by scanning his PAytm Code in my Phone pe? And if yes is ,is it eligible for Cashbank? explain please
