3. How do you count month – is it calendar month or from the first time I avail upgrade etc.? Calendar month- 1st to last day of the calendar month

4. 20% Up to Rs.60 is available on which all rides for Prime members? All Prime members can avail 20% up to Rs.60 every month, 3 times, on following rides-Auto, Moto, Rentals, Inter-city trips via the Uber app monthly

5. Will I get the upgrade benefit if I Pay using Amazon Pay UPI? Prime members are eligible for this upgrade only of the payment is made through amazon Pay Balance. This is not applicable for payments made through UPI.

6. Will I get this upgrade, if I pay with Amazon Pay ICICI Credit card? Prime members are eligible for this upgrade only of the payment is made through amazon Pay Balance. This is not applicable for payments made through Amazon Pay CBCC ICICI Card.

7. I am a non- Prime member and want to avail the benefit, how can I do the same? Non-Prime members can buy Prime membership and avail the free upgrade to Premier rides at the price of Go, in addition to all other Prime benefits.

8. I am not a Prime member, but I saw the communication of 3 Premier rides at the price of Go on Uber. You need to be a Prime member to be eligible for this offer.

9. My Prime membership will expire mid-month(20th of the month), will I get the 3 upgrade rides for the month or lower? You are eligible for 3 free upgrades in a month, which can one use it anytime in the month. This upgrade will not eligibile post the expiry of the membership.

10. What will happen when Prime members book more than 3 rides in a month with Amazon Pay balance? Prime members will get 3 Premier rides at the price of Go every month, from the 4th rides onwards, they will see different prices for Uber Go and Premier.
