this is the only site which will keep on asking you about screenshots of product screenshots of invoice etc.. they don't believe in our words and don't trust our words. In my case even after delivery I didn't got cash back as in account shipping status was not updated and I have bought dry fruits which I utilized ,but they were insisting for packet pictures for cash back.. this is very sad part ,, they should improve their infrastructure dor updating items which I have received and I have not got cash back after 20 complaints to team ,, why they should insist for invoice , screen shot of product from us.. if any one look at their facebook page and post here on this page below , one will know that all have similar kind of problems since last 3 4 months but they are not changing them selves, so guys this is only to protect yoour interest, time and money, please read all post on this page posted by various people before you buy.

Very delayed reply of email and when I told them about poor service,delayed replay and no cutomer care they replaied back with this number 9999391234, Hope this number is working, try whoever is facing issue with Paytm. I never buy costly stuff just buy 100-500 rs product from Paytm. Unless getting deep discounted product and which is worth taking risk.
