General Conditions
- The Paytm Travel Pass is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
- The pass can only be purchased through the Paytm app (Android and iOS) under the Flights section.
- The subscription is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Benefits apply exclusively to domestic flight bookings made via Paytm.
Benefit Usage
- Users will get the following benefits under Travel Pass:
- 4 units of Free Cancellation
- 4 units of Flat ₹150 off on seat selection 4 units of Travel Insurance
- • Benefits cannot be partially applied. Opting in applies to all eligible benefits.
- All benefits are automatically applied during the booking process.
- Free Cancellation and Free Rescheduling are subject to Paytm’s existing policies.
- These benefits will be available only on selected flights. If Free Cancellation or Free Rescheduling is not offered for a particular flight, other Travel Pass benefits will also not apply.
Restrictions
- Unused benefits expire at the end of the subscription period and cannot be carried forward.
- Misuse or fraudulent use of the Travel Pass may result in cancellation without refund.
- Paytm reserves the right to modify or terminate the Travel Pass program at any time without prior notice.
- Paytm is not liable for claims arising due to Force Majeure events.
- Paytm’s liability is limited only to the ticket price of the transaction.
- The subscription is governed by Indian laws and disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
- Free Cancellation will not be available on flights booked more than 120 days in advance or within 6 hours of the flight departure time.
