Date: 26 Jan 2016 16:27Same here, Sajan. I received a cashback denial mail from them stating that it didn't meet their terms and conditions. But being an account specific code and having used as per their terms-one use/number/card/etc still they denied with silly excuse. Now, having followed them up repeatedly there are not reverting even after 4 mails. That itself proves everything as Freecharge doesn't have a customer support no. itself! This has been the case More-Often lately in my circle of family and friends. They don't amend their software to block the promo code or fail the transaction itself incase it violates T&C's but pass both to gain their own benefits and cheat people. Thus, its high time for all of us to spare some time and raise complaints to force them in making amendments to their software because there is no point in being lazy with let-it-go attitude as each penny is hard earned with time too at stake and such companies take it to their own advantage. Let's make a Start on this REPUBLIC DAY atleast... Thanks to all for reading.
