On initial failure tried again after 10 minutes gap. It worked for 2 times got immediately cash back of Rs.60. For third time it says: Oops! Looks like you are not on the latest version of the App. This promocode is only applicable on the latest version of the app. We request to upgrade your app and apply the promocode". Conclusion: App seems to be having bugs with annoying messages inconsistently. May work some time and may not at other time. Even with latest version it says app is outdated.

1) First time though I selected Saved Debit card, it deducted from free balance. Did not get cash back inspite of applying promo code successfuly. 2) Second time says it works only on latest app. When checked in play store, I have latest app and no updated. 3) When checked again, it says invalid. Conclusion: For me Paytm always worked genuinely.

One bad news is that they are simply tracking you like paytm.You can not apply the coupon on same device more than 5 times by clearing app data & resetting google adv id.Which means you can not use a single device multiple times from now on from freecharge APP.
