Date: 14 Dec 2013 19:30Spice Stellar Pinnacle Pro Mi-535 Mobile has 3 major issues 1) Phone will get reboot if we take picture in "NIGHT MODE" - This issue can be rectified by updating with the patch, For that we need to visit the service centre, online update is not possible. 2) This phone has auto call attend function which will attend the incoming call if we take the mobile near to our ears... Here the issue comes.. After the call completed we will not able to disconnect the call bcoz the screen goes blank.. Something wrong with the sensor near the earphone.. This issue can be rectified by installing one google app... 3) Third issue is the main one which cannot be rectified. We cannot able to connect to customer care or office conference calls through this mobile because this mobile is not sending the second level of numbers which is mandatory for IVR transactions. Example : If we dial to customer care(I mean all customer care in any department, It maybe telecom, bank or something) it will reach correctly after that we will hear voice to input some specific number to access the required details.. If we press those numbers the IVR wont recognize that number bcoz this phone is not sending the second level numbers for IVR transactions... This is a major bug. In my opinion, In one way or other we will definitely call to customer care numbers, This mobile wont support that... If anyone going to buy this mobile plz keep this in consideration

Date: 31 Dec 2013 00:15Concerning point 3, I was testing it and did not find the same issue you faced. Any IVR are working fine through the dial. Concerning point 2, there is a worry. It happened once. Had taken a call on hands-free. Slipped the phone to listen to the call. On flipping it back to access the screen, it remained blank. The lower hardware keys had light. There could be a confusion between settings and sensors. Strangely I was not able to reproduce the issue again.
