They are cancelling the orders without any prior intimation. Refund process also very slow. CS is pathetic. Pls check their fb page before ordering. Worst experience may be for few customers, we should not be in that "few" list.

Hi, as per mobikwik merchant offers are only valid if they are displayed on mobikwik site as well. This offer is not available on mobikwik site, the site gives details of offers valid till 30 sep only. Has anyone got this October 3-5 cashback???

this one of the worst site i ever seen, first i applied sbi related coupon and i try to pay with sbi debit card,but it showing "you had choosen wrong payment method",i try with other coupon also first it shows the discount and atlast it asks to pay all amount. i had not completed the purchase but i recieve a call next day morning i.e "sir u r order at door step" Admin please verify once

THE CODES ARE INCORRECT, WHEN WE APPLY THE CODE AND THEN PROCEED WITH THE PAYMENT IT SHOWS ENTIRE AMOUNT AND WHEN WE CONTACT BIG BASKET THEY SAY YOU HAVE NOT APPLIED PROMO CODE

when you use BBPAYU100, you have to use payumoney for payment. If mobikwik is being selected, the Rs 100 discount just disappear. Bottom Line.. Both can't be availed at the same time. Either Rs 100 or Pay through mobikwik and get 10% cashback

Yes..you are correct..Just before i tried code, but when i select payment mode mobikwik..discount coupon disappear and showing actual price..I think we can use either of them ..
