1. The ‘Answer N win’ contest shall commence from 01/ 11/ 2011 and close on 31/12/2011.
2. Each customer can submit only one questionnaire in his own name. Those who submit more than one questionnaire in same name will be disqualified. This decision is the absolute discretion of the Company and shall be final and binding on the customer.
3. The draw will be computer generated and the winners will be selected in two slots. Each slot will have four winners. First slot of winners will be declared on November 30th and the second slot of winners will be declared on 1st January 2012. Details of the prize can be obtained from the Company website. The winners will be announced/published in the home page of the Company web site (www.uaeexchangetravel.com) and in the Company face book fan page.
4. All reasonable effort will be taken by the Company to contact the winners & inform them about the prize. No claim by the prize winner regarding non-receipt of timely information from the Company will be entertained.
5. The winner should avail the prize within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of announcement of the prize, failure of which the prize will stand canceled & lapsed.
6. The company reserves the rights to publish the winners’ photos in any media for present/future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
7. UAE Exchange makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the prize offered in this contest.
8. All disputes arising or in connection of this contest are subjected to laws of India and the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Kochi. The decision of the Company on all matters relating to the contest (including but not limited to any dispute/controversy arising out of this contest) shall be final and binding.
9. UAE Exchange reserves the right to amend the scheme at any time during the period, without any prior notice.
10. UAE Exchange employees /employees of associate companies/sub agents are not eligible to participate in this contest.
11. By participating in the contest, the customer accepts the terms and conditions as specified above.
